Senior Sales Executive - INTERNATIONAL PURCHASING COORDINATION
Prepare a report of visits weekly base on client's requests.
Prepare a report on the results of customer acquisition.
Collect the necessary information for the sales process to prepare the service offer.
Gather all the necessary information (once the offer has been accepted by the client) for the start of operations and/or preparation of the contract.
Develop relationships with (potential) international suppliers. Establish communications with them.
Evaluate and select potential suppliers that will later become formal suppliers.
Search for alternative suppliers that can supply the same products in better terms of time, quality, and price than the current ones.
Identify alternative suppliers to reduce the risks of supply failures.
Development of own brands and product improvement.
Evaluation of international wholesale markets as an alternative in case it is necessary to make purchases in them.
Research and search for products that meet the criteria and specifications of the market according to demand.
Verification of factories at a documentary level (Commercial Registry and Export License). Information that will be analyzed and evaluated to define the supplier profile.
Define the product profile to establish the search criteria and evaluation of innovative articles that may be potential in our market.
Carry out and assist in the negotiation processes necessary to acquire goods, equipment, and supplies in general, following the established policies.
Monitor that these agreements with suppliers are fulfilled.
Negotiate the best conditions and costs with each of the suppliers. Sustain and monitor these to improve commercial agreements in favor of the company and within the principles of fair trade.
Elaboration of audit reports.
Coordinate inspections of merchandise.
Inspection of production.
Maintain timely contacts with suppliers to analyze the characteristics of the products, qualities, negotiation conditions, price, and forms of payments.
