    Procurement Specialist

    1. Understanding client’s and project’s requirement and suggest appropriate procurement strategy/ philosophy to be followed. 

    2. Pre-Tender Meet with the vendors/ contractors to understand the type of technology/ product/ capability/ competition prevalent in the market 

    3. Preparation of Tender Document/ RFP/ RFQ based on the data collected from Sr. No. 2 keeping in view that there is healthy competition. 

    4. Pre-Bid meeting with the potential bidders to make them understand our requirements and clarify their issues. 

    5. Evaluation of the bids and negotiate with the bidders to come at a level playfield so as to make them deliver product/ services as per our requirement. 

    6. Evaluate the financial bids and negotiate the offer if necessary. 

    7. Order and preparation of FOA/ LOA/ Purchase Orders. 

    8. In between all these exercises, to be single-point responsible between vendors and company/ client so that all the information can flow smoothly without any misinterpretation.
