Project Implementation Unit’s (PIU) Senior Procurement and Project Coordination Officer in Qom Wastewater Project being implemented by Qom Water and Wastewater Company, affiliated to Ministry of Energy, under Islamic Development Bank’s (IDB) Financing No. 075. Here I was responsible as main Liaison officer for all procurement issues of Qom Wastewater Project (QWWP) according to the Legal Agreement of the Loan and Procurement Guidelines of Islamic Development Bank. Meanwhile, I had full responsibility on behalf of PIU Director to monitor and supervise all PIU’s Officers activities. Here I was responsible as Main Liaison Officer for the Borrower with the World Bank for all Procurement related tasks and overall Procurement implementation of AILWM Project according to the Legal Agreement of the Loan and Procurement Guidelines of the World Bank.
