Head Of Procurement and Logistics
- Developing the company’s purchasing strategy, procurement procedures and systems of control, identifying the key procurement priorities.
- Planning, delegating and supervising the procurement team tasks and targets, analyzing and governance of the department operations and continuous improvement of the process.
- Managing day-to-day operations such as budgeting the project, purchase processes, the flow of good in and out of a warehouse; controlling stock levels, supervising the execution of supply chain operations.
- Sourcing the most affordable materials and new suppliers, reviewing proposals for competitive pricing, considering the financial impact of any decisions, lead time and quality; contract management.
- Monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance, establishing new processes and systems for effective purchasing process; build strong professional relationships with suppliers to drive long-term business development. Regularly renegotiating prices and terms to get best offer.
- Monitoring balance sheets and cash flow to keep the purchasing process running smoothly, preparing financial reports to facilitate internal and external auditing.
- Controlling inventory and stock balance, supply/demand alignment, material replenishment. Monitoring assembly line activities to eliminate material shortage at place in timely manner.
- Overseeing on time shipment and delivery of orders, the adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment.
- Reporting internal and external stakeholders regarding department activities, financial and material balances, project execution stages.
