    Responsibilities included developing and implementing procurement strategies across indirect categories with total annual spend of $165 million. Drive value creation initiatives to ensure YoY savings results. Lead the creation and launch of RFP’s to support supplier resilience and selection process. Prepare and manage budgets, monitor and implement remedial measures where needed. Perform periodical spend analysis for all Indirect categories and report on savings trends.

    Additionally, lead robust contract negotiations with vendors and manage the contract lifecycle process within SAP Ariba.     Responsibilities included a hands-on approach to supply management and global purchasing processes for direct and indirect goods and services. Improved purchasing and operational efficiency, demand and supply planning, warehouse productivity and inventory management. Built and directed the execution of cross-functional SOP for 3PL activities. Additionally, led ERP system implementation identifying areas of improvement in supply chain as well as developing new KPIs.

    Other responsibilities included collaboration with Sales and Engineering teams to drive product development, design and material modifications based on customer specifications. Additionally, took action steps to improve inbound lead times and minimize stock outs. Also, mitigated shipping risks by planning and monitoring all inbound and stock transfer shipments.
