    Responsibilities included a hands-on approach to supply management and global purchasing processes for direct and indirect goods and services. Improved purchasing and operational efficiency, demand and supply planning, warehouse productivity and inventory management. Built and directed the execution of cross-functional SOP for 3PL activities.
