"• Follow from begining until shipment:

• Sourcing home and garden furniture ( wood furniture sofa, wicker furniture, bamboo furniture, poly rattan furniture)

• Indoor and outdoor pottery, wall decoration, lamp and lighting, pillow and throws, rugs, candle holder….

• Evaluated the suppliers , Negotiate price, Quality control, Final inspection.....

• Do inline inspection and final inspection as your customer • The inspection process includes a visual inspection, functional testing, packaging checks, and any other steps as detailed in respective procedures

• Record your findings against our clients’ product quality checklists and reference samples

• Write up inspection reports based on findings, according to our reporting format .Meet the report deadlines regularly, as promise to the client is to deliver reports on the same day as the inspection"

"• Receiving direction from US Office such as specs, artwork, samples…and sourcing vendor accordingly.

• Evaluate vendor: Factory size, workers, production capacity, main market, main customer, audit factory report, turnover….

• Negotiate prices with suppliers to get competitive pricing.

• Place order to suppliers, arrange right products to right to right suppliers to meet the ship date requirement

• Checking Purchase orders for correct prices, product specification…before sending to suppliers

• Follow up orders with suppliers, manage packaging, testing standard such as lead test, formaldehyde, gun scan….make sure the confirmed shipment schedule is met

• Do inline and final inspection report before shipping.

• To travel business in domestic and oversea to attend Trade show and sourcing new factory, new supplier.

• Follow the audit factory"

"• Sourcing furniture. Finding right supplier for right products

• Negotiate prices with suppliers

• Place order to suppliers, arrange right products to right to right suppliers to meet the ship date requirement

• Follow up orders with suppliers and Customers. Make sure the confirmed shipment schedule is met

• Receive information from Customers regarding to technical requirements; quality issues, product specification, provide all these information to R&D, QC Departments, make sure they are understood and followed up.

• Checking Purchase orders for correct prices, product specification…before sending to suppliers

• Preparing a weekly report based on the reports from QC team

• Other administrative and clerical duties as assigned. "

Job descriptions:

"• Follow order from beginning to the end (Sampling / Quotation/ Making purchase contracts …)

• Setting up and maintaining strong relationship with vendors/suppliers. Negotiate price and delivery with suppliers for the best achievable results.

• Research new production resources.

• Sourcing, buying suppliers, materials, place order, check ETD, payment...

• Contact with customers regarding new product development, shipment of samples and orders.

• Internal: making contact with Technical Dept and Raw Material for making sample and checking material.

• Do all commercial invoice, packing list and send to Export – Import Dept to make the declaration

• Control shipping cargo, checking shipping mark, quality…

• Do Shipping Instruction, check bill of lading, C/O

• Follow customer payment. L/C or T/T

• Report daily/ weekly production / sample status to manager and customer.

• Report monthly volume shipment report to Manager and Accountant general.

• Booking schedule for customer travelling. "
