1)Development of bidding documentation in close consultation with project technical experts, programme and operations teams. 2)Documentation of items received in accordance with company purchasing & receiving procedure. 3)Conducting regular performance evaluations of contractors to monitor adherence to the agreed service levels and terms and conditions 4)Vendor selections, rate negotiations, and market surveys. 5)Assist in recruitment of procurement staff and their training and development. 6)To lead the development and implementation of procurement policies and system strategies to support contract Management, supplier analytical and supplier performance. 7)Monitor business trends and product availability to pay the best price for company goods and services without scarifying quality /delivery time.
