Through the various projects across Russia and CIS countries I was responsible for: - suppliers selection and qualification - RFQ and order placement - suppliers quality and development As Senior Supplier Quality Development Manager (Aug 2016 - May 2017) I was a part of GE Sourcing program "Russia for Global". This program was aimed to bring $1B Direct Materials purchase in region for GE global factories. My main accomplishments: Defined the strategy for key suppliers in Fabrication Commodity with total of $100M Solved Quality and capacity issues at suppliers in order to unlock them for bidding process Performed Prices breakdown and "should cost" comparison with 50% off price reduction achived Productivity improvements at suppliers Matter expert for internal customers and suppliers As Sourcing Program Leader (Jul 2009 - Jul 2016) License Agreement project for technology transfer to assemble, manufacture and test Heavy Duty Gas Turbines MS5002E - 32 MW and Jupiter (Nova) T16 at REP Holding, St. Petersburg (client Gazprom) - Suppliers pre-screening, selection and surveillance (150+ suppliers) ; - Quality and EHS audits of suppliers (Russian and European); - Support of REP Holding in all aspects of communication with qualified GE suppliers from worldwide locations (legal, quality, scheduling etc) - Development and implementation of Supplier Quality process in REP Holding (based on GE best practices); - communication with HQ by weekly reports, tele-conferences and meetings; - Generated standard metrics (KPI) to properly track the work in progress at supplier/partner workshop; - Constant support of local Project Team on all Sourcing related matters. GE Russia localization efforts: - Selected suppliers for highly critical turbine components and systems (20+ suppliers) - Maintained constant technical support of potential suppliers during a Bid Phase - Negotiation of technical and financial points of proposals - Created a training program for suppliers on GE technical requirements; performed several trainings GE Russia and CIS - local buy (direct/indirect materials and services) 28 branches of Nuovo Pignone SPA (part of GE Oil&Gas group) with $20M purchase per year: - global service agreements - certification services - non-conformity materials - office supply and services - inter-company service agreements.
