- Daily check the stock of assigned items to avoid any risk of stockout;

- Prepare a draft of budget analysis and submit it to the Procurement Manager;

- Evaluate together new purchase orders and outsourced work;

- Issue purchase orders to the managed suppliers;

- Daily check of stocks for the assigned commodities;

- On a regular basis, study and submit purchasing forecasts up to 3 - 6 -12 months perspective to the Content Managers

- Manage framework contracts with SAP and excel tools; monitor and report their trend considering quantity and economical amount achieved;

- Issue purchasing orders;

- Purchase FTL train, sea, air, intemodal freights with contracted freight suppliers;

- Negotiate supply prices for transportation and logistical services;

- Input the incoming goods into the system;

- Verify compliance of product shelf life and expiration dates.
