    I am a dedicated and hardworking person with 15 years’ experience working in Construction Industry. My professional development started with simple roles as receptionist, office admin leading into accounts and eventually procurement and supply chain. I am determined to achieve highest level of CIPS qualification in Procurement and Supply Chain Management and hoping in future to provide procurement consultancy for various projects across England, Northern Ireland and Ireland. Outside my professional life I like to engage in various art activities, read and enjoy family life. I adapt easily in different situations while staying focused on my goals. For past nine years in my professional life I had great pleasure to work for one of Northern Irelands leading Construction Company where I managed to develop through hard work, commitment, and determination. My career with John Graham Construction Ltd started in 2011 as a Purchase Ledger Clerk and progressed into Procurement years later. My journey in Procurement started in 2015 when I joined Graham Construction Civil Engineering Division, then years later I embraced a new role in Graham Interior Fit-Out Division. Over time all these roles give me a great insight and experience from every aspect in the world of Accounts, Purchasing, Procurement and Supply Chain development. I developed great relationship with suppliers across UK, Northern Ireland, and Ireland. I had opportunity working on great projects in various sectors like Retail, Office, Commercial and many great Civil Engineering projects • Managing, planning and prioritising a very busy schedule of procurement duties for a various and large scale of live construction projects across UK, Northern Ireland and Ireland. • Developing Supplier Chain collaboration with old and new suppliers across UK, Northern Ireland and Ireland in order to continuously improve and ensure best available prices and set up agreements. • Close collaboration with Site management, Design Team and Quantity Surveyors to ensure each project meets budget expectations and delivery per procurement schedule. • Organising requisitions and deliveries in efficient manner to meet tight deadlines. • Issuing RFQ’s and agreeing best available prices with various Suppliers. • Issuing purchase orders on computerised system for PPE, safety signs, site consumables, site accommodation, construction materials, plant hire, waste management. • Attend regular site visits to ensure Projects are meeting Company’s Procurement Policy and assist sites with any issues they may encounter in all aspects of Procurement. • With previously working in Company’s Accounts department and having experience in all areas of Purchasing Accounts I developed and improved a close collaboration with Accounts Team to ensure that invoice payments for projects were up to date and are meeting Suppliers terms & conditions for invoice payments by resolving any issues may raise. Position: Purchase Ledger Clerk Duties: • Processing high volume of Supplier invoices. • Invoice matching, coding and data processing to input on internal computerised accounts system. • Input goods received notes to purchase ledger system. • Collaboration with Procurement team and Suppliers to ensure purchase orders are raised accordingly. • Purchase ledger reconciliation. • Preparing invoices for weekly and monthly BACS payment run. • Managing supplier payment queries and resolving any accounts related issues may raise. Excellent teamwork and organisational skills: • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, and various Accounts Computer Programmes, ILM Management Training Course achieved to develop core leadership and management skills • I have recently commenced with CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply course to provide me with necessary skills in Procurement and Supply Chain Management. • I am a self-motivated, organised and ambitious person with ability to work as part of a team, under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Providing procurement services to multiple ‘Live’ sites, at times this could reach between 15-20 projects.
