    -Promoted to the role of the Canadian Procurement and Sourcing (P&S) Manager which leads the alignment and implementation of the P&S strategies including staffing, recruiting and training of P&S personnel.  Responsible for the strategic leadership and development of the contracting strategy and acted as primary interface with internal customers and other key stakeholders (i.e., Management from 14 separate sub-segments / 7 different Financial Controllers each one with their own requirements from a tactical & strategic view).

    -Responsible for a team of Category Managers, Strategic Sourcing representatives and Purchasers who

    collectively owned / managed over $500M (USD) in spend annually.


    North American Supply Chain Quality Manager (04/2014 - 04/2015):

    -Promoted to the role of North American (NAM) Supply Chain Services (SCS) Quality Manager. Acting as a

    consultant, introduced Supply Chain best practices, managed multiple cross-functional process improvement projects and initiatives, assisted in defining local key metrics, performance targets, developed contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and acted as the primary for Internal and External event investigations.

    -Main Project - North American Procurement Centralization: As Project Manager for the North American portion of the global project, work was focused on the reorganization and centralization of the Procurement workforce from the fragmented / field buying population to global service hubs.


    Canada Procurement Manager (05/2010 - 03/2014):

    -Promoted to the role of Canadian Procurement Manager for Schlumberger Canada's land-based business

    responsible for all procurement related planning, scheduling and execution activities within an integrated

    Supply Chain Department.


    Canada South Basin Supply Chain Manager (01/2018 - 04/2010):

    -Assumed the responsibility of Supply Chain Manager for the largest global oilfield services company with

    emphasis on securing and streamlining vendor base for over six districts and multiple business lines through the use of RFx events, negotiation and contract securement / management.
