    Leading the Procurement Transformation at country level. 

      - Accountable for 6 Buyers 

      - Accountable for the supply for services required by 10 Managers (areas: Security, Human Resources, Institutional Relations, Communications, Commercial, General Services, Safety and Hygiene, Sustainability, Trading, Finance) for 5 companies of the ENEL Group (Costanera, Chocón, Trading, EDESUR, Enel X) 

      - Development of bidding strategies for bids greater than 1.5M Euros subject to approval by the Local Procurement Director and / or Global Procurement Director (depending on the bid amount) 

      - Annual Negotiated Amount: 43M Euros (300 contracts) 

      - International Experience: 1 month working in Italy (Rome) KPI's with quarterly review with the Global 


    Procurement Director: 

    *of suppliers turnover.  Reduce% of Direct Award processes (purchases without bidding). 

    *Reduction of the% of delegated purchases, purchases that by amount are delegated to management and are not managed from the Procurement area. 

    *Reduction of lead times in bidding processes 

    *Saving% increase  Incorporation of sustainability K in the bidding processes and its corresponding tracking. 

    *Increase and monitoring of purchasing planning, among others.
