Overview

As Coordinator of the Procurement area, I am responsible for: a) provide proper tools and procedures for the execution of Bidding Processes executed by the Procurement Area, to better explore the installed capacities; b) systemize the procedures to be adopted, adjusting them to the internal rules, in a more efficient way; c) improve models (standard documents) necessary to compose the Bidding Processes; d) reduce the time spent with the transaction and elaboration of contracts; e) develop and implement flows of elaboration and conduction of procurement processes; f) create and implement contract controls to the procurement sector; g) carry out activities for the procurement sector, identifying the necessary actions to reach the goals; h) participate in meetings, discussions and events linked with the Sector, and other relevant meetings; i) analyze the Terms of References to check their compliances with the rules used by the IICA; j) Elaborating bidding documents, invitations to Request
