Procurement Manager, ERP and Processes Management Consultant
Leading a team of 10 employees, hundreds of contractors, formulating and executing budget and controlling cost-effectiveness. Responsible for selection and management of procurement systems, controlling purchasing process, managing tenders, taking care of administrative issues, like ensuring fulfillment of needs of employees, organizing business trips, required events, etc. Key accomplishments at this position include:
Developed policies and procedures for the Administrative and Procurement Department in corporation with other relating departments. As a result, more organized working process has been created, processes became more transparent and controllable.
Created ERP soft internally along with IT department. On the first phase of the soft has been created, thus reducing the paper work and increasing transparency in process. Second and the final phase has put together the whole process starting from the request and ending with payment settlement and proper accounting records.
Reporting system has been created, thus ensuring cost-effectiveness of the company. Currently working on building reporting in ERP soft, by creating proper reports along with each phase.
Formed yearly budgets and controlled successful performance.
Other daily tasks include effective negotiation with suppliers, creating competition through tenders/price biddings/market research, forming proper agreements, compliance with rules, legislation, standards, best practices, etc., participation in budgeting processes and controlling budget performance, maintaining quality for Goods/Services, maintaining relationships with customers (employees).
