Leading and Managing contractor companies on fulfillment of construction works, controlling work schedules, and performances, analyzing financial impact of different decisions and ensuring cost-effectiveness, performing market research based on different types of needs, working closely with other departments – operations, technical services, engineering, etc., preparing yearly and quarterly budgets, holding meetings with contractor companies, partners, consultants, state authorities, investor, solving day-to-day operating problems.
