 Responsibilities Includes supporting global sourcing for HP and third-party products & services from HP and third-party vendors; performing spend analysis, Data collection, RFx Management, supplier management, bid collection and negotiation.  Driving procurement cost reduction initiatives, conducting spend analytics  Market Research and Procure of required Products or services.  Ensuring selection of right vendors for the Requested Materials by Client & ensure Correct and Timely procurement of required materials.  Preparing bids and proposals (RFQ, RFP & RFI)  Negotiations with the suppliers on prices, discounts and payment terms.  Make recommendations for award/ create purchase orders for local suppliers as well as International Suppliers.  Ensure complete understanding of bid requirements, scope of work, following pre-bid to clarify, make additions, deletions to quotations/proposals.
