• Responsibilities involve preparing and submitting winning EPC service proposals against the RFP’s/tenders received from clients and BD managers. • Coordinating with all contributors to proposals including Business Development, Project Development, Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Legal, and Senior management. • Managing a team of proposal engineers and assigning work to them. • Coordinating with BD managers/technical teams/Clients on techno-commercial matters. • Coordinating with proposal engineers for on time proposal/bid submissions. • Managing global procurement, Negotiating with Suppliers on Price, lead times, contract terms and other conditions of supply. • Floating Purchase/Contract Orders and Tracking Order Progress. • Ensuring all contract and Purchase order close out is undertaken in a timely manner, including the rwsolution of claims. • Achieved consistently Proposals to Order conversion rate of over 17% Year on Year
