Work with and support each internal team within the UK with purchase order requests, obtaining internal approvals for all purchase order requirements prior to processing, processing the requests and placing the orders with all the suppliers across the UK. Chasing the suppliers for ETA’s, improvements of delivery dates and for daily updates related to the outstanding orders. Processing internal and external information requests, ensuring communication loops are closed within agreed service levels and that information provided was both current and accurate. Delivering a fast and effective service to Sales Support and Contracts teams, to all Account Managers and to other departments within the company, resolve day to day problems arising out of the daily tasks and creating purchasing reports when required.
