After integration of Siemens IT business with ATOS moved to General Manager – Supply Chain Management for Smart Grid & LMV division of Infrastructure & Cities Sector of Siemens Limited for South Asia Cluster.  Directed a team of 30 team members and managed spend of Euro 300 Million.  Alliance Management for Projects.  Supply chain Management Board member at Siemens IT Solutions & Atos.  Headed carve out activities for creating a new legal entity in India and received certificate of appreciation from Senior Management.  Introduced new temporary staffing management process.  Increased customer satisfaction by 40% and achieved Year on Year savings of 12%.  Headed Procurement Integration team for merger of Siemens IT solutions with ATOS ORIGIN in Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa.  Distinction of receiving merit award for bringing innovation in procurement function and swiftly aligning the same with the global organization.

Senior Manager - Strategic Sourcing

 Joined in December 2003 as Emerging Market Initiative Leader (Designing, Leading & Implementing Sourcing from India & China) moved to Asia Pacific Commodity Management role (Complete responsibility of sourcing, procuring, optimizing spend & governing for CIO, CTO & HR Organization) and then moved to cluster role which includes 1) Global commodity management of Engineering Services 2) Regional commodity management (Asia & EMEA) role for IT, Temporary Staffing and Corporate Services 3 ) Country procurement Role for Korea & Japan ( All commodities ) .  Distinction of receiving 6 Bravo Awards for outstanding performance.  Managed procurement worth US$ 500 M per year .  Merit of saving between US$ 25 million to US$ 30 Million per year for 6.5 years.  Played a vital role in sourcing of Temporary Staffing, IT Services, Product Engineering Services, Technical Writing, Patent Drafting and Mechanical Components etc. from India & China.  Spearheaded the following projects from Procurement Perspective: o China Low Cost IT Project- o 1 Total Outsourcing Project. o 2 Motorola Joint Ventures Projects (one with Tech Mahindra & another with Wipro). o 3 mergers (Symbol, Good Technology & Air Defense) integration implementations for Temporary Staffing, Engineering & IT services.  Played a vital role in starting Motorola manufacturing facility in India & all outsourcing projects (IT, HR, Facility Management & Total Outsourcing).
