Manage overall Asian countries production operations for Thailand,Vietnam,Indonesia,Malaysia

Philippines,Pakistan and India

Worked as  Strategic Sourcing Department with models of CNG 230 HP, DIESEL 285 HP and ELECTRIC Bus vehicles.

1)Evaluating and short listing suppliers considering various technical and commercial aspects.

Floating RFQ’s to short listed suppliers and inviting quotations.

2) Interacting with vendors and design agency of the company for timely and proper development of components.

3)Evaluate supplier quotes and investigate opportunities related to cost and investment.

4)Releasing schedules to the suppliers in line with in-house production forecast.

5)Keeping a track of supplies made by supplier against provided schedule.

6)Perform comparison of cost on global market and gathering information on latest involved technologies are other challenges to illustrate cost competitiveness on new design solutions.

7)Tier down analysis, Benchmarking and Zero base costing of the parts.

8)Familiar in preparation of documents like FMEA, Control Plan, Operating Standard, PPAP and APQP (as per TS16949).

9)Have supplier Database for Sourcing of Electrical and Electromechanical parts across the Globe.
