    o Floating the enquiry, evaluating offers & negotiating major Aluminium smelter packages/Power Plant on EPC basis

    o Drafted Supply & Service contracts in Aluminium, Power, Aviation & Media sectors with special consideration on legal & Intellectual Property matters. Maintaining Risk Register and formulating Mitigation strategy for the same.

    o Posted in China & led strategic sourcing in China for Jharsuguda Aluminium Smelter Project.

    • Contract drafting, final award, and end to end material responsibility including inspection, quality, sea / air logistics, customs and inland logistics upto the project site. Contract reconciliation after execution of the contract.

    o Cap-ex Procurement of Aluminium Project for various packages ranging from USD 8 Millions. to USD 60 Millions
