• Providing bid advisory and process advisory to various developers in Power sector. Also a Consultant to Maharashtra Regulatory Commission (MERC) in Commercial domain, highlighting technical and commercial risk in the projects.

• Policy advocacy and execution of Proof of Concept for new technological application.

• Executed many process improvement ways by using Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) - Survey, Electrical stringing, volumetric calculation. Also involved in Project implementation of Artificial Intelligence based defect detection.

• Published conference paper and designated speaker in Central Board of Irrigation & Power(CBIP) conference on Substation, R & D Conference by Central Electricity Authority(CEA) & SWITCH Global EXPO organised by Govt. of Gujarat, on various topic of innovation (Unmanned Technology and their application on process improvement in power sector.)

• Responsible for commercial process for transmission line projects under Public Private Partnership on BOOM/BOOT basis

• Major Involvement in the:

o Reviewing and documenting main contract terms of concessionaire agreement. Project capex estimation, budgetary offer from vendors for the projects, negotiation and pre bid tie up with vendors,. Drafting and vetting all critical Contracts

o Market analysis (SWOT, Porters etc) and Supplier analysis, Supplier Segmentation to adopt sourcing strategies to improve quality, delivery and cost.

o RFQ/RFP preparation for the bidding of Concession Project as per TSA (Concessionaire Agreement ) in transmission sector. Providing assistance in floating the enquiry, evaluating offers & negotiating major packages and Contract drafting

o Measure and monitor supplier performance (Vendor rating) and explore improvement area for future opportunities.

• Involved in final award of contract after winning the contract along with contract drafting and logistics co-ordination.

• Involved in O & M Contracts with targeting Costing

Highlights

o Successfully executed Procurement strategy for cost reduction and global sourcing of steel structures

o Successfully completed transmission line LIDAR Survey which was done first time in India. Role involved project coordination with different internal and external stakeholders.

o Floating the enquiry, evaluating offers & negotiating major Aluminium smelter packages/Power Plant on EPC basis

o Drafted Supply & Service contracts in Aluminium, Power, Aviation & Media sectors with special consideration on legal & Intellectual Property matters. Maintaining Risk Register and formulating Mitigation strategy for the same.

o Posted in China & led strategic sourcing in China for Jharsuguda Aluminium Smelter Project.

• Contract drafting, final award, and end to end material responsibility including inspection, quality, sea / air logistics, customs and inland logistics upto the project site. Contract reconciliation after execution of the contract.

o Cap-ex Procurement of Aluminium Project for various packages ranging from USD 8 Millions. to USD 60 Millions

o Aluminium Technology Package, Fabricated Steel Structures, Steel Plates, Air Compressor & Bus Bar etc.

• Merit of being working as the youngest Divisional Commercial Officer for 540 MW Power Plant at BALCO.

• Diligently handled commercial function of 4 X 135 MW Captive Power Project at BALCO mainly purchase and contract drafting, negotiation, contract execution and contract closure.

o Adhered to payment norms as per billing schedule, contract enforcement, ordering, execution and final settlement of relevant commercial packages other than EPC.
