Develop & implement sourcing strategy aligned to internal customers cost, quality, delivery and quantity requirements • Lead global sourcing and procurement of sophisticated engineered equipment packages for Khazzan project including supplier selection and negotiation, while monitoring engineering approvals, manufacturing, testing and delivery phases • Provide expertise supports in defining strategies for MRO (which includes pipes, valves, fittings, gaskets, industrial mill, PPE, etc.) based on market analysis and demand forecasting • Develop category plan, assist with strategic sourcing of goods and services, manage supplier performance, and facilitate joint process improvements with suppliers to achieve cost reduction targets • Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings highlighting performance of contracts & procurement • Manage overall process of setting (initialization to award) contracts, and manage their performances through to final execution • Identify cost reduction opportunities, prepare and implement related strategies, and drive efforts to realize savings • Monitor contracts for compliance as well as the Vendor performance; and recommend cancellations on compliance/performance issues • Drafting and developing strategy papers like Tender Sub-Committee, presentations and award recommendations for the contract approval process ensuring compliance with BP procedures.
