As a member of the Executive Team and a board member, was responsible for the overall management of the company and responsible for HR, Sales, Procurement, and Business Development. Participated in various Training Programs developed with external consultants wherein Executive Score Cards were developed to measure agreed upon goals and objectives for the success of major Change Management initiatives. The Executive Team strongly agreed and believed the Organization is a learning organization and as such, consistently required and enabled our teams to be faster than the competition to adopt changes as required to attain the agreed upon objectives.

Responsible for all Procurement activities including purchasing, expediting and logistics.
The company grew rapidly in 1999 and needed to expand their supplier base in order to meet the market demand. Negotiated strategic contracts with suppliers worldwide and developed and approved fabricators in Asia, I created a qualified suppliers network to support up to 250 Million USD in procurement of pressure and non-pressure parts per year. Successfully generated the additional volume and managed logistics to ship all fabricated equipment from South Korea, China, Europe and Thailand to plants in the US, Canada, South America, and the Middle East.
Led multiple cost reduction initiatives and was also responsible for maintaining the company ISO certification.
