    Responsible for all Procurement activities (Purchasing, Expediting, Inspection and Logistics) from planning the proposal strategy until the projects completion. Supervise the US procurement team in multiple office and site locations and coordinating with six (6) global procurement offices.


    Ensured that all processes and tools was followed and the company technical and commercial requirements were met.

    In 2009, played a key role in transferring the procurement department from a fragmented procurement offices spread over 20 companies in 5 continents to a centralized organization with unified processes and tools. Developed the concept of Global Standards with Local Management which enabled the company to be more competitive and profitable.

    Responsible for the technical and commercial execution of a major project consisting of supplying eighteen (18) Fired Heaters for a South Korean EPC and an end user in Oman. Coordinated all the technical activities between client and in-house engineering department. 


    Reviewed and approved all technical drawings, created requisitions, reviewed bids technically and commercially from all global suppliers. In addition, made final decisions on selected suppliers, created Inspection Test Plans and held Kick-off and Pre-Inspection Meetings.

    Coordinated the JV (joint venture) with French Fired Heater Company. Was responsible for standardizing all drawings and documents between the two companies.

    Responsible for all Procurement activities including purchasing, expediting and logistics.

    The company grew rapidly in 1999 and needed to expand their supplier base in order to meet the market demand. Negotiated strategic contracts with suppliers worldwide and developed and approved fabricators in Asia, I created a qualified suppliers network to support up to 250 Million USD in procurement of pressure and non-pressure parts per year. Successfully generated the additional volume and managed logistics to ship all fabricated equipment from South Korea, China, Europe and Thailand to plants in the US, Canada, South America, and the Middle East.


    Led multiple cost reduction initiatives and was also responsible for maintaining the company ISO certification.
