 Looking for all aspects related to parts supplier management and execution, as well as global parts availability, productivity, and quality: from agreements negotiation to transaction execution, new material and repair requirements, supplier delivery schedule, transaction accuracy along the PO-to-receipt cycle

 Identifying and lead opportunities for improvements in supply chain processes, supplier performance, relationships. Developing risk mitigation strategies including contingency plans, lead-time reductions and supply chain efficiency.

 Responsible for enhancing company profits by acquiring suitable goods at a competitive price through sensible planning and careful purchasing.

 Negotiating price, pay-terms and agreements with suppliers and monitor supplier performance.

 Proactively communicates with stakeholders on critical parts review, shipping dates and documentation.

 Co-ordinate with Head superior and Engineer to understand their current demand of goods and integrate their requirements into the O&M Procurement Plan.

 Establish & maintain strong working partnerships with key suppliers.

 Familiar with Incoterms & Payment Terms required for purchasing activity.

PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

 Sourcing of supplier for placing an order as per the approved purchase strategy.

 Floating of Request for Quotation for different suppliers and comparing the quotation received & Pricing Negotiate with suppliers according to company standards.

 Based on pricing, preparing Sales Quotation as per suitable margin according to standard.

 Timely release of PO to supplier and working with a supplier for

Cater production need.

 Coordinating with SCM and logistics team to ensure that products are delivered on time without any deviation.

PURCHASE ENGINEER

 Floating of Request for Quotation for different suppliers and comparing the Quotation received.

 Based on screening, Prioritize the supplier.

 Pricing Negotiate with suppliers according to company standards.

 Timely release of PO to supplier and working with a supplier for

cater production need.

 Select a new supplier for placing a new order as per the approved purchase strategy.
