1. In charge of overall administration of Service Parts Logistic Division include divisional business plan, human capital issues, security, cleaning, gardening and building facilities & maintenance.

2. On the costing matter, will be looking at divisional profit & lost, budget, cost reduction, capital expenditure, utilities & general expenses, logistic cost as well as general purchasing function.

3. As for the project, will have to ensure new model project team successfully develop service parts to meet customers requirement, packaging is according to specification, product cost is verified against OE part price & quality of parts is up to part inspection standard.

4. Procurement team will be about vendor management, ordering to fulfil customers requirement as well as in charge of export parts to Toyota affiliate countries through sea & air

- Head Purchasing & Production Control and Logistic Division

- Responsible for about RM200 million purchases per year which include imports and local sourcing.

- Lead and monitor departmental activities : purchasing, sourcing & vendors development

- Lead cost planning & cost management program to meet customer cost index of manufacturing (CIM) target & monitor cost movement.

- Monitor production planning and logistic activities.

- Ensure smooth delivery of direct material using kanban system to prevent line stop internally and to customers.

- Achieved yearly cost reduction of about RM3 million.

- Initiate localization and parts development activities to ensure products lunching with lower cost and meeting mass production timing.

- Experience in managing major company event such as Family Day, QCC convention & etc.

- Dealing with customs, MIDA & statutory bodies for import duty, sales tax exemption application & other related matters.

- Represent the business unit as GLC Procurement transformation (Red Book Program) task force member.

- Lead and manage companywide cost reduction activities to meet Toyota group cost reduction target.

- Guide business development in setting up of selling price.

- Conduct monthly suppliers briefing to share forecast volume, logistic, quality and company activities update.

- Act as company tender committee secretary. In charge of tender invitation and processing of tender documents.

- Fully make used of SAP system for procurement function and data analysis.

- Implement e-business with suppliers.
