 Organised purchases from for running Cement plants -12 nos & grinding unit 8 Nos & 6 Power plant including GPP also.  Indent procurement for GPP & CPP, Instrumentation & electrical & information technology department.  Project enrolment for Green Power Project 4 & GPP-5 at Ras Pali, also for U.P Grinding unit at Bulandshahr.  Drawn up materials procurement plan in consultation with production, projects and other engineering departments.  Structured tender documents complete with bill of materials, technical specifications, delivery schedule along with accompanying terms & conditions. Issued RFQs to limited vendors or issued global enquires for open participation by qualified vendors.  Maintained regular follow up with the vendors to ensure deliveries as per agreed schedules.  Developed alternative sources of materials to generate healthy competition among suppliers to generate economy in procurement costs.  Driven initiatives to develop indigenous substitutes for imported components for cost reduction & better coordination.  Conducted vendors audit and pruned vendors’ numbers to logical levels.  Implemented modern inventory management techniques to minimize inventory carrying cost without hampering production / operational activities.  Commercial analysis with SWOT/PERT/PEST/Pareto Analysis, MRP & JIT Techniques, E-Auctions.  Ensured completeness of entire documentation including review of dispatch documents, LC clauses, submission of PBG- [Performance Bank guarantee], Installation /Test reports, commissioning certificates, site clearance /NOC, O&M manuals, Quality test certificates, Non-hazardous, Complete PO history etc.  I was contributed in following projects of Shree Cement Ltd. - RAS Unit-IX, RAS Unit-X, RAS GPP-4, RAS GPP-5, Shree mega Power (150X2 Kw) - Noida Packing Plant. RAS cement plant (Unit 2-10) - Bulandshahr, Roorkee, Panipat, khuskhera, & Suratghar Grinding unit.

 Organizing indent procurement for CPP, Instrumentation & information technology department.  Selection of vendor/Suppliers for Mini-Max Items.  Procurement of 2 year operational spares related to Instrument & Captive Power Plant.  Working on SAP/Microsoft AX to preparing the purchase order.  Exposure in preparation tender documents; commercial evaluation of bids; contract formation & contract award for Switch Yard, Power Transformers, Coal/Lignite handling System, Lime Handling System, Ash handling System CWPH, Cooling Towers, CCTV System, Air Condition System, Air Compressors, DCS, MV-Drives & Spares etc. and other O&M package during the development and implementation stage for large thermal power project.  Major role player in creation of Vendor Master & Item Master including all Material Management Modules.  Assisting AVP Materials for ARC of Major consuming items.  Compliance of quarterly internal audit & yearly external audit.  Vendor-Development with Maintains goods relationship for organization growth.  Active negotiations with Suppliers.
