Application cum Procurement Engineer
1. Maintaining knowledge of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industries Products Positive Displacement Pump (API 675), Centrifugal Pump (API 610), Agitators, AODD Pump, Valves (API 609), Seal flushing plans, Couplings, Piping fittings and Instruments etc.
2. Respond to technical elements of RFIs/RFPs, MR i.e. Pump Datasheet, Valve datasheet, Instrument datasheet, P&IDs etc and prepare techno commercial offer for Pump, Valves, Complete dosing skid package and Pump flushing plan package etc.
3. Timely submission of Bids, E-Tendering also timely participate in E-Auction.
4. Prepare Datasheet, Float the enquiries to multiple vendors, technical bid evaluation, negotiation with vendors.
5. Reply to all Technical & Commercial Queries and handle all other correspondence.
6. Maintain accurate records of target accounts, quotes, work orders, ongoing projects, AMC Services, contacts and correspondence in company approved databases.
7. Provide Techno-Commercial support to front-end sales team for pre-order activities, post order activities & Technical Enquiries /Tenders from Customers.
8. Create new vendors, sending enquiries, comparing prices & place the purchase orders.
9. Assisting to Project Team in complete package order execution & procurement team for placing orders on sub-vendors.
10. Supply the material to customer after receiving WO’s, also execute orders on respective principals OEMs & sub vendors also.
11. Handling Customers complaints and take an action for problem to achieve required quality.
12. Perform technical/ product training (i.e. Virgo Valves, Inpro Seals, Couplings and Sundyne Pumps, Milton Roy Pump, Chetra Seals etc.) for sales people & to the new customers.
13. Travel to various project sites (i.e. Oil Refineries, Oil Terminals & Depots) to perform maintenance of installed valves, for customer demanded training session purpose & for pre-order technical meetings etc.
