• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Engage with passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship building.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software.
