Procurement Manager

Hello,

We are a design and build company based in London, working on residential projects. We require a Procurement Manager to assist with ongoing and future residential projects. The role will involve procuring goods and services for residential construction projects in London.

Ideally you would have had experience in the construction industry in UK, and particularly with procurement. You will also have an interest / knowledge in sustainable building methods and sustainable heating systems. You will be working one day a week alongside the director of the company.

Tasks

- Product sourcing and new supplier selection - Eg steel doors, windows, glazed roofs etc.

- Sending out tender packs

-Gathering various prices and costs for clients efficiently

- Working as personal assistant to the director

-Managing purchase requisitions

-Tracking orders

- Building relationships with suppliers
