China Sourcing Agent

We are seeking an experienced and reliable sourcing agent to help us find the best priced suppliers for sage, abalone shell, and palo santo sticks. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers in China, India, and Peru. The ability to communicate effectively with suppliers in different languages is essential.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers of sage, abalone shell, and palo santo sticks.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms of service

Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and quality assurance

Work closely with our logistics team to arrange and coordinate shipping and delivery of goods

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the sourcing of our products

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, with a focus on international suppliers in China, India, and Peru

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to speak and write in English, Mandarin, and Spanish

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and market insights to inform sourcing decisions

Knowledge of customs regulations and international trade laws

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
