Construction Steel Procurement Global Price Comaprison

I am searching for a construction procurement expert to provide a global price analysis of rebar steel. My project will require tens of thousands of tons of rebar steel (mainly 18, 20, 25mm) and I need to decide on which country to buy from. I am looking for the country/supplier that will provide it for the cheapest possible price. Countries I have bought from previously include China, Turkey, Iran, Iraq and South Korea so I will require these countries among other cheaper options in your analysis. Include all information you believe is relevant in the analyis other than price. The construction project is based in Iraq.

Once the project is initiated I will also be looking for a construction procurement manager so if your analysis shows the required level of expertise I will consider hiring you for the position.
