Looking for sourcing, management, control quality

I looking for someone who help me to find the best textile, products and workforce that I can have for my Swimwear collection. I think about Italy for the textile because they are very good in this. I want to have a ecologic impact so need ecologic tissu, but the best ecologic tissu. I also need a manufacturing plant of my drawings, thinking in Bali, they look like nicer and very good worker. And I would like to go Bali for few months so it will be more simple. And then, I want to add gemstone with embroidery so I think the best for that will be in India.. I really looking for someone seriously and who can be engaged with me for the brand. I really want the products are very beautiful and need someone for the control quality.
