Looking for an experienced QA in CRO

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing a training plan and ensure that only qualified employees perform the work under the supervision of the department head

• Conduct assigned responsibilities within the context of the assigned programs/project

• Ensure that the employees participate in training courses as described in the training plan

• Maintain an electronic log of CAPAs and their completion

• Maintain Job Descriptions, CVs and training records of the employees

• Acknowledgment and follow up the SOPs

• Create and maintain internal audit schedules under the supervision of the department heads

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Public Health, Science, Economics or a related field

• Excellent English skills

• Work experience as a QA Specialist in CROs and related field

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to build an effective, collaborative team environment
