Capability and experience:

Negotiation with grid station and substation EPC or Turn Key suppliers in Vietnam.

-commercial contracts

-Quality management of civil and foundation material with ITP drafting.

Knowledge about WTG is appreciate.

-commercial contracts including TSA and FSA.

-Quality management of foundation material with ITP drafting.

General description of the role:

Following and working with the project members in Vietnam.

Handling the RFQ documents provided by the HQ office.

Strictly follow the compliance, governance and guideline provided by the HQ office. 

Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.

Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.

Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

Procurement Officer Requirements:

Degree in accounting, business management or a similar field preferred.

2+ years of experience as a procurement officer or in a similar position.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
