Dear Daniela! We're looking to outsource our procurement/buying process for 3 Korean Beauty-Brands (contact in English). We're ordering around 20 times per year in total (12 times per year for WHAMISA, 5 for URANG and 3 for CHOBS). If it works well, it could be an ongoing job as we want to grow bigger and bigger.
We would follow your lead, but usually we use an ERP-System and Excel to calculate our buying-lists. Maybe you have better ideas or you would be able to reduce our efforts.
