6 months SAP & Sea Freight Management Specialist in Luxemburg

We are looking for a 6 months contractor to work for a  large FMCG company in Luxembourg to be responsible for:

SAP:

- Price insertion in SAP per vendor and geo-lanes for all FTL flows in scope

- Extra cost insertion in SAP

- Insertion of costs once RDA issued by local supply chain has been flipped to PO

- Communication of PO number to supplier for invoicing

- Routes creation for new flows and maintenance of the current flows (stages, POL, POD)

- Daily check of missing prices to make sure all pre-invoices go out correctly on the scheduled date

- Creation of PO for extra costs

- Creation of PO price difference

- Invoices management through resolution of work items

SEA FREIGHT:

- Maintenance of the tender file (share, volume etc…)

- RFQ process for new lanes, rates analysis, feedback to the shipping lines

- Relation with local supply chain

- Relation with the shipping line to solve daily issues (lack of container capacity, wrong invoicing, extra fees invoices at destination, all locals’ requests)

- Gathering of volumes and local requirements

- Daily operations and follow up on the topics open

MISCELLANIUS:

- Support group inbound for all their requests on routes and rates

- Data Analysis

- Internal “customer service”

- Reporting

- English speaker
