We are a consulting firm who are looking to hire contractor for conducting a strategic sourcing led cost diagnostic, and later executing the cost reduction programme for a US based casual dining restaurant chain. Sourcing projects will be executed across all direct and indirect spend area. Top categories include Bread, Protein, Vegetables.
We are looking for a candidate who have had previous experience with an established consultancy.
The individual should have experience of running procurement diagnostic, and running sourcing implementation initiatives , ideally across food categories.
Location of delivery will be offsite. We dont require candidate to travel to client location.
