INTRODUCTION


• Mexican company from the largest avocado producing region in the world. It produces and commercializes pulp of avocado and frozen guacamole, for the HORECA Channel.

• The product and the company count on one great and new differential advantage added to the excellent quality and availability of fruit throughout the year.

• Their products start to be commercialized in countries of America, and Asia.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for different professionals WITH LARGE FIRST-HAND EXPERIENCE AND CONTACTS in the INDUSTRY and IN ANY EUROPEAN MARKET AND THE USA. We prioritize the experience and personal contacts in the market.

The company wants to expand its markets and find new countries and clients in Europe.


SCOPE OF THIS PHASE:

Sales & Clients Acquisition


a) Preliminary due diligence

b) Qualifying the leads (By experience, Distributors and HORECA are preferred. Wholesalers/retailers rather avoid due to the hard contract's conditions)

c) Shortlist approaching – product sample sending, initial contact, terms negotiation

d) Sales negotiations

e) Ongoing adjustment of the marketing approach

f) Ongoing adjustment of the sales offer

g) Close the deal

h) Communication follow-up and updates
