Job description

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the successful candidate will have responsibility to assist in Procurement process. Specific responsibilities will include to:

- Source for good quality materials/services to support overall supply chain.

- Correspondence with suppliers

- Develop a sourcing strategy with Head of Procurement

- Implement and analyzes business opportunities and procurement costs to assist in reducing costs through regional sourcing

- Evaluate total value chain to define the best way of purchase and, in conjunction with Head of Procurement define the best sourcing procurement process

- Work with global suppliers to develop quality assurance and continuous improvement programs

Candidate must :

- Demonstrable knowledge of global procurement principles

- Have a good understanding of commodity and general supply market

- This is a remote part-time job. Candidate expected to attend an hour morning coordination meeting and be available for tasks for another 3-4 hours during daytime (Riyadh local time)
