Specialist in Sourcing and Quality control

For long-term work, we are looking for a Sourcing Specialist on the territory of China.

● New suppliers sourcing due to the internal customer requirements (the main region is China)

● Taking part in category strategy creation

● Personal meetings with producers and suppliers

● Negotiations with suppliers regarding supplied products

● QA/QC operations, complaints solving, lifelong quality improvement operations

● Preparation of transaction with a new supplier for procurement specialist:

supplier audit, commercial conditions agreement, the first transactions support

● Placing of orders, control other the timing of production

● Order control at every stage of product development.

● Spend analysis, the ability to present information in excel and PowerPoint format to the internal customer for effective decision making)

● TCO calculation (the total cost of ownership)

● Communication with departments of the company having the requests for new products supply and sourcing

● Taking part in a bidding procedure

● Taking part in exhibitions with different categories of goods.

Requirements:

1. Russian Language!!!

● Higher education

● Strong negotiation skills

● Knowledge of Incoterms and international supply stages

● International markets procurement experience

● International markets sourcing experience

● Experienced PC user (MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat);

● English language (oral and written) – Advanced (C1-C2)

● Chinese language HSK6
