Looking for a sub-contractor/freelancer in Mozambique who has well established network with direct Portland Cement manufacturers

We are looking for a sub-contractor/freelancer in Mozambique who has well established network with direct Portland Cement manufacturers certified/approved with SABS (South African Bureau of Standards)

The product must be tested against the SANS (South African National Standards).

Product Range : 42.5N; 42.5R, 52.5N CEM1 or 52.5N CEM 2

Packing : 50 Kg Bag with 40 bags in 1 sling (PP Bag)

Qty Required : 10000 MT per month for 12 months

Product certification : SABS approved

Port of discharge : South Africa

Responsibility for subcontractor,

Phase 1:

- Product sourcing

- Pre-screening the suppliers with two criteria: SABS Approval and able to export.

- Collect FOB and CIF South Africa quote.

Please note, we need a sub-contractor/freelancer able to first find a qualified supplier with SABS certification and get us the pricing. 

If the price is accepted with the client then we are willing to pay on time spend for finalizing the commercials with the supplier, production follow up and supplier visit (optional).

We will paying as per the accumulative time spent on the project.
