We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our sourcing efforts for refrigeration manufacturers and primarily service providers. This role is pivotal in enhancing our supply chain and ensuring we have strong partnerships with key players in the refrigeration industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and establishing relationships with manufacturers and service providers that align with our operational needs. 

Key responsibilities include conducting market research to identify potential suppliers, negotiating terms and contracts, and maintaining ongoing relationships to ensure service excellence.

In addition, the successful candidate will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to understand product specifications and service requirements. Effective communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that our sourcing strategies are aligned with company goals.
