= Contributes to the planning and decision making process during meetings with project manager and technical team concerning complex requirements by providing all the necessary purchasing input and support.

= Conducts comprehensive market analysis to perform value comparisons, leveraging this research to drive negotiations with suppliers

= Crystallized the construction materials procurement process for staff through the development and introduction of a standardized Procedures Manual.

= Leads recruitment and training processes for the procurement team, drawing on a sound understanding of the industry to select and train top talent.

= Prepare, update, and review purchasing files, pricelists, and supplier database.
