Assistant Manager Procurement
Responsibilities:
CapEx Management: Responsible to drive & support procurement of Turnkey requirements of existing & upcoming warehouses which includes Interior, Electrical & Allied works across Pan India. The process includes RFQ activities, Financial Bid Evaluation, Negotiation, Vendor Selection and Awarding of the contract
Last Mile Centre’s Infra works: Responsible for Infra works for upcoming Last Mile Centre’s (Delivery Hubs, Cross Dock, Hyper local) Infrastructure across Pan India.
Bought Out Items : Responsible for support of Bought out & Fabrication items which includes Totes, Pipes & Joint structures, MS Barricades, Trolley’s, Roll Cages for upcoming FC (Facility Centre), MH (Mother Hub) & Lean Hubs across Pan India.
Material Handling Equipment (MHE) : Responsible for Purchase and Rental Services of MHE’s which includes BOPT, HOPT, Reach Truck, Articulated Fork Lift, Tugger & Dolley (Kolkata Only) for upcoming & existing FC & MH across Pan India
Sourcing : Responsible for scheduling Online RFQ’s & Auction through Oracle Fusion for requirements more than 25 Lakhs as per the company procurement policy.
Catalog Management : Responsible for moving the repetitive items to Catalog to save time and working on recurring services or requirements.
Vendor / Supplier Management : Responsible to Identify, Build & Develop vendor pool both regional and PAN India Level to optimize cost. Aligning vendors on the Rate Card for Lean hub requirement, Bought out items, Fabrications works and allocation of vendors / suppliers for day to day requirements of FC / MH across Pan India.
Stakeholder Management: Responsible to closely work with multiple Internal / Independent stakeholders to meet the company goals.
Due Diligence : Aligning vendors to adhere Company’s Ethics & Compliance policies which includes anti corruption, anti bribery, Third Party Intermediary requirements etc.
Savings Management & Documentation : Responsible to achieve Hard & Soft Savings by adhering to Procurement policies & procedures and maintaining documents to meet the Statutory & Regulatory requirements.
