The Alliance of Community Assistance Ministries (ACAM) wishes consultant to supervise RFP process and contract procurement for homelessness prevention services in Greater Houston. ACAM wishes to ensure that all processes for securing case management and other HP services follow stae and federal procurement guidelines. The procurement is for 2-3 vendors of case management services with HUD ESG program funds. The work is short-term and part-time.
