we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced chinese sourcing agent to ensure the quality of our products from our suppliers through the implementation of manufacturing contracts.

the primary responsibilities of the sourcing agent will include conducting on-site quality inspections, negotiating the best prices, creatively managing the minimum order quantity, and verifying the authenticity of supplier certificates, particularly for led lamps.

the sourcing agent will also be responsible for providing detailed reports on the quality inspections conducted.

responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers in china.

2. Negotiate and secure manufacturing contracts to guarantee product quality.

3. Conduct on-site quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

4. Verify the authenticity of supplier certificates, particularly for led lamps, including european energy label requirements and ce certification.

5. Thoroughly examine and authenticate certificates to ensure compliance with european safety standards and regulations, including verifying the absence of iron ore of russian origin.

6. Prepare detailed reports on quality inspections, including any identified issues or concerns.

7. Negotiate the best prices with suppliers while maintaining quality standards.

8. Utilize creative strategies to manage minimum order quantities effectively.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sourcing and manufacturing in china.
