Construction Material - Procurement Co-Ordinator/Researcher

my friends have done it, and i have decided to give it a try. I am a builder. I am constructing a house in toronto, ontario. I have the full drawings, basement + 1st floor + 2nd floor + exterior. Approximately 7500sqft across 3 levels + approximately 1400sqft porch.

all dimensions will be provided. Rendering of design is completed. 

i require a full estimate for all materials with suppliers; presentation of multiple-options, co-ordination, manufacturing, organization for all finishing construction materials, turn-key level exterior and interior, built to spec, including exterior aluminum cladding and windows. I will also need organization of all furniture and light fixtures.

essentially; i need a procurement professional who can take my drawings and renderings for this house and can organize everything from the beginning until it, quality of all finishes, and every little detail will have to be coordinated, i'm talking everything. Dimension h x w x d to the mm of every detail in the house.

multiple containers will have to be organized and shipped to canada.
