Dog Toy - stuffed animal manufacturers

i'm looking for someone to help me develop and procure samples and relationships with qualified manufacturers for a specific type of stuffed animal.

the stuffed animal will also need to have programmable audio inside of it that can have recorded audio from an end user put into the stuffed animal. I'd like to be able to customize the audio through a phone application.

think of recordable bears, but there are some other characteristics that i'd like to add.
