Submit RFP bids at state and county level for government contract

I currently am hiring a consultant for a small medical supply company. We started the company when high demand of medical supplies began due to the pandemic. Since becoming established through this past year, we are looking to expand the business. We hope that gaining government contracts will help.push our business even further. We are looking for someone who is motivated, and knowledgeable, in creating and submitting bids for said contracts.
